Ingrid Beamsley brings years of nonprofit experience. Her career started at Urban Gateways, Center for Arts in Education in Chicago after completing her Masters Degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University. After serving as Business Manager at Urban Gateways, she moved to Wisconsin and began years of involvement in the charter school movement and served as Deputy Director to the Wisconsin Charter Schools Association.

Ingrid continues to provide board, accounting and bookkeeping support to several nonprofits. As a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she handles financial records, budgets, and prepares and analyzes financial statements.
